I'm disappointed that Rodrigo y Gabriella's sophomore disc is not being recognized on many year end lists. I also have to say I'm surprised that you don't like the new White Rabbits. Took me a while to pick it up, but listening to it again it's solid.

Marry Me is one of my absolute favorites of the past few years, but only some of Actor lives up to it. Then again it took me awhile to truly get into her first album. As for MPP, I'm part of the group that actually likes some of Animal Collective but cannot figure out the hype. "My Girls" and "Summertime Clothes" are awesome songs, but their popularity smacks more of hipsters wanting music that's different.

More or less agree on the others I own, although Them Crooked Vultures is still sitting in its proverbial digital shrink wrap. Have to work through my own year end list for once.
