As J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series has become increasingly dark and complex, filmmakers tackling the source material have found it more challenging to present the stories without compromising the integrity of the novels. This prickly problem first reared its head with 2004's Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, the first film in the series to meet with angry rumblings from some Potter-philes. The fifth and newest installment, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (henceforth OoP), faces the biggest challenge of all. New Harry Potter trailer available on Yahoo

Words can't express how geeked I am for July 13, when Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix hits the big screen, so I won't even try. In the meantime, Yahoo's page for the movie has a new trailer and some other stuff worth viewing. Holy crap, this movie looks like it will be awesome. This will be my first time seeing one of the HP movies in the theater, as I just discovered the series last summer. Lord knows I've seen the first movie enough times on ABC Family over the last 18 months or so.
